That's not the point though. The point is that leading figures in this governement - Starmer, Reeves and Rayner, all took photo opportunities to support the Waspi's when they were in opposition, and have all done U turns now that thay are in government, claiming 'it's not fair' to ask the tax payer to pay compo. Yet they think it fair that the tax payer should be paying huge amounts for housing illegals and asylum seekers plus foreign aid.

 
Women wanted equality in all areas with men but not the higher retirement age ......... dq

Watching the video, if only 2 are dead, it'll be a miracle.

 They are also hinting he's far right.    In that case, if he's so anti islam, why didn't he target a mosque?  The whole think stinks.

I'm sure they will be thrilled to have Starmer's support "We stand with the people of Germany."

I know he's supposed to say something like that, but everything he says comes across as being fake and insincere.

I hope his support for the Germans lasts a bit longer than his support did for OAPs, workers, Waspi's etc

" A mother who failed to send six of her 17 children to school has effectively been deemed unpunishable - because she has so many kids. The single mother found it impossible to get her children to school because she ran out of time in the mornings. Four of her children are meant to go to a primary school but their attendance records were well below the 97 per cent expectation. The other two are older and refused to attend secondary school despite attempts by their mother to 'encourage, bribe and punish them'. Their attendance records fell to as low as 48 per cent.

The 46-year-old mother, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was taken to court by her local authority for failing to ensure the six children attended school.It is the second time she has been prosecuted for the offence. Last year she was given a two-year conditional discharge which she breached with the new offences.

Her defence lawyer argued that her client could not be sentenced to a community service order because 'adding a single thing to her daily schedule' would 'set her up to fail'. "
