Well well....is anyone surprised? The man manipulated his son and lied about Diana being pregnant, and her being murdered. All hogwash. Now he's been revealed as a sexual predator.
Former Harrods boss Mohamed Al Fayed has been accused of rape, with five female ex-employees alleging the late billionaire sexually assaulted them while in charge of the luxury London department store.
A new BBC documentary says the Egyptian-born businessman - who died in London aged 94 last August - carried out the attacks during his time in charge of the outlet between 1984 and its sale in 2010.
The corporation says more than 20 female former workers at Harrods have come forward to accuse him of sexual abuse.
The new programme called Al Fayed: Predator at Harrods - says the firm itself not only failed to intervene to help the alleged victims but also covered up their claims.
The store's current owners have now told of being 'utterly appalled' by the accusations and have apologised to the women affected.
Fayed was accused of sexual assault when alive, but the BBC now says it believes many more women could have been victims of him.
Eamon Coyle, who joined Harrods as a store detective in 1979 and was its deputy director of security between 1989 and 1995, told the BBC: 'We were aware that he had this very strong interest in young girls.'
The BBC said it heard testimony from 13 women who say they were sexually assaulted at Fayed's 60 Park Lane property in London, four of whom allege they were raped there.

Jeez, why aren’t these people approaching the likes of the police if they had these suspicions, anonymously if scared of losing their jobs - best to be proved wrong than young girls being raped.
l felt sorry for him when he lost his son, and he possibly did believe Dodi had a chance with Diana, probably more wishful thinking that fact on his part.
To me he always seemed like a little sleazy man, something about him gave off that vibe.
Why the hell people don't speak out at the time, rather than wait years then come out as a group, always mystifies me.

As is often the case with victims of sexual offenders, especially when the offender holds a position of power or authority, it's because of fear.

Yes that's true, he was a very powerful man, they were young women, possibly reliant on the job.
But....at least one has admitted she was paid well for her silence. So, if you accept payment, for whatever reason, you have left others open to abuse, so you don't really have the moral ground to start complaining years later after the man is dead.
It does also beg the question, why did all the senior management at Harrods enable all this to happen?
Seems they are on a par with the BBC for covering up abuse of the vulnerable.
"American attorney Gloria Allred claimed what was happening at Harrods was widely known by employees, disputing claims the organisation only knew of the alleged abuse in 2023. She said Al Fayed's time as owner was characterised by "cover ups, threats and a quarter of a century of sexual abuse.
Lawyers have alleged a procurement system was in place, whereby women would be medically examined, which included a cervical smear and sexual health screening - which came as part of their roles as secretary and personal assistant to Al Fayed."
He's never been on my radar and I just figured he was another entertainment industry weirdo. They usually don't really interest me..
Yesterday I read a few articles about him..
Wow😳
He makes Epstein look like an alter boy. And same as Epstein, there were a lot of powerful people involved in that conduct..
Too much money, narcissism, toxic masculinity, believing their own hype. Take away the fame and the money and you're left with one ugly mo fo misogynistic pervert.

I'm never surprised when one of these people turns out to be a freak.
I guess I'm still a little surprised at the number of people either playing along or at least turning a blind eye to the freakyness.

They are too consumed with stroking each others' egos. Luvvies of the world unite.
Considering the fact that Starmer was head of the CPS in the years Saville, the nationwide Muslim groomers, and now Fayed were acting out their vile crimes, all which were investigated by police and presented to the CPS....he seemed to be quite unaware of how many women and girls were being preyed upon by serial groomers and rapists.
None of these were deemed to be valid enough to face trial by the CPS.
"CPS twice did not prosecute Mohamed Al Fayed after police presented evidence"
"Evidence was shown in 2009 and 2015, but the CPS decided not to go ahead with the prosecution as there was not a ‘realistic prospect of conviction"
Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer was head of the CPS as director of public prosecutions from 2008 to 2013, but a Downing Street spokesperson said he did not handle Mr Al Fayed’s case, adding it “did not cross his desk”.
