 The first one is less fussy than the others and more pleasing on the eye.

My only gripe with it is that it's slightly too big, and there might not be enough detail in it to carry that size off - if it was 10-15% smaller I think it would be a clear winner.

The plinth is a good shape as well.

 No doubt about it - the first one!  A couple of Corgis trotting along beside the horse could have been a nice little touch too. Horses & dogs - two of her favourite things.

Weirdly, the intertwining bridges reminds me of airport transit areas people rush through to catch their connecting flights.

 They are asking for feedbck from the public - you should contact them and mention your corgis idea -  they might take you up on it. Imagine how cool it would be to have a hand in designing the Queen's memorial.

I don't get the bridges one at all and cannot see a connection to the Queen. It looks like a walkway you would get outside a Tescos - they should have added a few supermarket trollies in the mock up for authenticity.
