Breakfast: swig of EVOO followed by a glass of warm lemon water and a teaspoon of peanut butter.

Breakfast for me is bran flakes and cup of tea.
How people can face a fry up in the mornings has never ceased to amaze me.

Well done. Not pretty, but as long as you enjoyed it that's all that matters.

Steak pie with gravy, baked potato, cabbage.
My favourite veg at the moment is chopped white cabbage, boil (5 mins) mix in black pepper and butter, serve ... lovely.

I thought you were talking about my meal..

A fry up is a little heavy on the fats and some of the other items are questionable.  I could easily eat it for breakfast.   But I could eat pizza and ice cream for lunch..

I don't,  but I could..

Very nice burger from a take away in Shotton.
Best part of my day sitting in the motor eating that and having a coffee.
Went to Liverpool dreadful traffic full of nutters all the way there.
City full of traffic and scary drivers.
Then had to go to John Lennon Airport traffic was even worse!

My blood pressure must be through the roof!
Sitting eating the burger was like having the Hamlet cigar from the advert ...
