I never eat eggs, apart from ...smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.

OH hates fish, even the smell, so he is doing his own thing and I am having this for a treat....as soon as he gets out of the kitchen.

Ever eat fisherman's eggs?. I have to be in the right mood to eat sardines for breakfast.

Cook those up if you want the OH to leave the house for about a day..😉

I have never heard of fisherman's eggs.

Best sardines I ever ate, cooked over a fire on the beach in Spain.

Mind you, I even like tinned sardines, they are not to everyone's taste.

It's basically just eggs and canned sardines.

It's very healthy, if you can  eat them for breakfast.

I guess you don't have to have them for breakfast either..

I don't know how anyone can eat a strong fish for breakfast, kippers are another stinky one.
Takes me all my time to eat a round of toast in the mornings.

That's why I rarely eat them for breakfast. Although I usually don't eat for at least an hour after I get up, maybe 2. So the later my breakfast is, the more my palate gets accepting to weirder stuff.

Took the GF out for pizza after work. She had a cauliflower crust and I has a keto crust. No idea what mine was made of. Probably a mixture of cottage cheese and lentils?

On it I had peppers, sausage, onions, mushrooms, olives,  chicken, artichokes, spinach, bacon and maybe a few more things I can't remember..

My dad loved kippers, stink the house out.

My Granny used to fry them, the smell would have knocked you down.

In England (never abroad) I have sat in hotel dining rooms, and if just one person orders kippers for breakfast, it stinks the whole room out.ragga

Kippers do stink but I love them for tea.  I rarely have them though, takes days to get rid of the smell.bored

I had pizza on my mind so...thin crust veggie pizza from Sainsburys, (OH and I share one) I always add goats cheese, mushrooms and jalapeño peppers.
Salad, I love salads, lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumber, red pepper and green olives, ex virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze (it's not as bitter as the vinegar) and that's tea sorted.

I could probably live on salads and some kind of meat.

Well, I would enjoy just eating salad and pizza too but that's not exactly the healtiest diet for me.

Transfer fish for meat, and I would be happy.

Well, I sorta meant some sort of dead animal. Fish, mammals, birds and reptiles.

Although I rarely eat any kind of reptile..

If they had one, I might try it. No telling what their meat is made of anyway..

I have had alligator and rattlesnake. Both are kind of expensive for something that resembles rubbery chicken.

Sainsburys do a Bistro package, starter, main, side and drink.

So tonight we are having the beef bourguignon and the chunky tripple cooked chips, we had the cheescake desert yesterday, and the wines that you can choose are not very nice, so OH got 4 cokes.

I will have to start cooking properly soon, my back is almost better.
