I had the op Monday, thankfully, because I am such a good girl and managed to complete all the physio tests, I was allowed home yestarday....so just one night in hospital.

I am in agony now all the strong meds have worn off....but it'll be worth it in the end.

Good luck with the recovery Syl - it sucks when you can't get around for a while and have to rely on others.

Although some people like being waited on - you might be one of them!

Sadly you will be in pain for a while, but it will be worth it in the long run.

You'll have a swole booty in no time from all of those squats..😉

 

But in all seriousness, the biggest obstacle to getting better is convincing people to "buy into" the discomfort of rehab. Sounds like you've done just that..
