I‘m not into heavy metal rock but I found him and Sharon entertaining to watch. I remember watching “The Osbournes” at the time and being so gobsmacked at the mayhem I couldn’t stop watching.

I felt quite sad hearing he’d died, he seemed such a gentle soul despite his stage persona. RIP.

I came across this song a good while back and loved it. I’m torn between this version and the one by him and his daughter Kelly.

Decades later, in 2015, he revisited the Alamo grounds to learn and appreciate the site's profound history, openly demonstrating humility and understanding. At the Alamo, we honor history in all its complexities.

Today, we acknowledge Ozzy Osbourne's journey from regret to reconciliation at the historic site, and we extend our condolences to his family, friends, and fans around the world. May he rest in peace."

 Sadly I think you may be right. It’s often the case when a partner, especially long term, dies despite having loving support around.

I feel for anyone who’s going through the raw emotion of the early stages of bereavement - even Sharon Osbourne. It’s clear she’s distraught at the loss of her husband.

But holy crap, Diggs, she’s no saint! ’Crap’ being the operative word here, btw, and if you ask me why I’ll tell you.

Sorry, but she’s a highly volatile and, yes, a spiteful woman.

That, among other reasons, is why I’ve never bought into the Osbourne hype.

@Diggs… I’ve said I feel for her, and I really do. The raw emotion and distress etched all over her face, is something many of us recognise only too well. Also, it must have been a proud morale-boosting moment for the family to see Ozzy’s fans giving him such a fantastic send off.

But I’m sorry I can’t gush over her, because I’ve never liked what I saw of her public persona. In hindsight, though, it was wrong of me to comment in this thread. If I could have deleted my post in time, I would have.

 We don't mod this site like that.  I don't expect anyone to gush over her.    I just feel sorry for her.
