Is Rosie Funny?

The poor girl is getting a right roasting for not  being funny.   I have to agree.  Not because of her disability but because her material is terrible.   Is she being exploited?  Do people laugh because they feel sorry for her?

I've only seen brief snippets of her as it's bloody hard work trying to follow what she's saying.

I get the impression that her act is centred around her disability though - which would make her a bit of a one truck pony if correct.

I would never in a million years go and see her perform live, and imagine that there would be a lot of sympathy laughs and applause from a mainly woke audience.

I tend to change progs if she's appearing or at least fast forward. I don't find her at all funny, never have.

No, neither her material nor the way she delivers it is funny to me, maybe she should stick to acting.

Not for me

 With stand up, delivery is everything and it just doesn't work with her at all.

I've never found her funny, can't understand her either.

Because she's disabled doesn't make her a comedian.

Sometimes I pretend to be normal, but it gets boring

so I go back to being myself.

I lasted about 10 seconds..

Comedy is about timing and delivery.

I have sympathy for her plight but I'm not going to subject myself to that..
