DS 2007 to 2015 before it started slowly going down the shitter.

I've heard it was great before 2007 as well. I think that place started in 2002.

Followed by FH ...the first year or so before it was ruined by bad management....and obviously this one....which is a little haven of peace and tranquility compared to some.

I started posting on DS in 2004 it was a great place. So many laughs, very helpful was a lovely place to ask for help and advice But it went downhill hence all the split off forums used to troll DS.

IMO it started to go downhill when all the different forums were made. Before advice, food, politics etc it was all in GD only one separate was chatter.

My other fav was MK tiny forum but a very good one.

Sun on line was a battle ground but good in some ways lol

Dogs used to be good before certain admin joined there.

Before my stalker (Rose) and others ruined it and got me banned.

Still mates with people 5 years on so that is something.

 Im still best mates with some I met in 2004. We always say good morning  every day   we chat more on some days than others but never fail to say good morning.  

 

How does someone get you a ban?   Ive always owned up to my own banning.

They quote and report every post and spin it towards Hearts's policy - I mistakenly objected to some girl with a Burqa with a knife and gun on it speaking after the Manchester bombings (and it turned out it was symbol of peace so my bloody error).

It is a shame but that is the way it is.

I was on a site called Thoughts.com It was a great forum but closed down. Then I joined Fresh Horizon, and even though Micky was a dick, it was about the best one in those days.

I was around on different forums for years. One of the first being a place called Oasis, run by an American woman. I loved it and thought my life online would end when it closed.

But somewhere else always turned up and eventually I too found my way to FH. It was good in the early days. :)

DS seems to have been a popular forum.

Newsfix, which I am on presently as well as here is pretty good.
It's probably more news based than other forums, and pretty busy for a smallish forum.

 Mickys earlier forums were OK too...The Mansion and The Spa.

He may have had another too before FH....cant remember if he did.
