I neither post or read much on Dogs, so I have no idea what your interactions are like with the two of them.

But if you are one of the sheep who snigger along with them, bolstering up their feeble ego's and don't stand up and be counted when women are being verbally sexually abused and belittled by a pair of inadequates online....then you will be dragged down in the gutter with the rest of the slime.

The way Budgie posts about women is toxic and the females almost certainly  do not "give as good as they get". The majority left. 

Stooo finds himself funny which  speaks volumes. He also praises Frankie Boyle as a comedian, the man famed for mocking Jordan's disabled son Harvey.

These men are not like normal gentlemen you meet in everyday life and sniggering along just so you fit in is not something I would feel comfortable doing. 

Clearly I misjudged Dr Synne as he did confess he was at times misogynistic himself as casually as declaring he was partial to microwaveable popcorn. I was wrong  to consider such an individual  might find Budgies relentless toxic references to women in any way unpalatable.

As a Guest from Dogs who whined about the moderation on Dogs I got to post my whine here in the Whine Cellar.  Afterwards I got to read peoples comments. 

I have to say the comments from Georgia I found to be always well written, in sentences, coherent, written with care and mostly well meaning.  Which is more than can be said with some others in Dogs and in the Whine that tend to write aggressively, incoherently, with swear words, often with missing context, sometimes trollish.  I may not agree with some of Georgia's conclusions but many of the things she says understandably follow once those conclusions have been made.

If I could offer any advice, I would say treat these places as forums - spaces where you can meet with those you find interesting to discuss things.  You don't need to cut yourself off from these spaces if there are a few people you don't like or over something that happens in the heat of the moment.

Ultimately the owners and admin provide spaces, a sort of meeting place, that is all.  Yes there are rules but all spaces generally come under one jurisdiction or another.

Legendary mentioned on the thread on Dogs that the worst most horrific abuse   he had witnessed on forums was against me and I want to thank him for stating the truth,  so many try to twist it becayse it was beyond belief.

This won't get approved unless Syl is on but I will try again until she is. Going through proper online abuse is a shocker and it leaves it's mark. Women certainly were very cruel and when I read some of the more callous remarks I don't want people to feel hurt the way I was. I suppose I get triggered. Legendary must marvel that I've lost my mind. But that's why I get so angry when Budgie is at his worst.
