Yes Syl, they are still around. Nice man but IMO he was, is easily wound up.

If you want to speak with him, send him a message on his site.  As I said, he's easily wound up but a man of his word and this resulted in me being servile to him. I've changed since and hopefully a better person and a slightly more assertive one thank 5/6 years ago.

I'd like to see here more often GX as I've never come across a poster of her caliber before and she is a refreshing addition to any forum.

 

I'd also like to see Goodwife as she is witty, interesting and not easily offended and can make you laugh.

 

From Sol, Northern Star or something like as he or she was a dangerous poster as they genuinely believed they were clever but in reality he/she was at the opposite end of her delusional belief. This poster made me PMSL when he/she tried to join in a serious debate.

 I haven't read many of Goodwifes posts. I'm not that familiar with her unfortunately. 

I stopped reading forums for a bit and have no idea why Measurer has gone. I assume she has.

I don't know how Vic is no longer mod but maybe that wasnt cited publicly.

I don't know where Vam has gone. She is one poster who I thought would never abandon Dogs but she did prefer to argue with female posters so possibly she had sought out pastures new.

I have no idea who the posters are on the DS thread  although I agreed with alot of Cherry"s points when I read it recently.

Avon and Fletch I like. CaliTom also who I believe is a member here but have yet to see him post. LordRaven seems ok from what I have read but obviously I don't know much about him either.

Not having a go at you but your post reminds me of the hypocrites I work with. They'd often say this, that and the other does not really bother me but when it happens, they moan, they sulk, they bad mouth and worse.  Some posters do bother me and it's not the one's that are rude, nasty or even vile to your face, it's the snakes that lie about you and twist every word you post and make up quotes, stories on your behalf. I also dislike those that get a pretedny upset just to get back at another. As awful l are those that say they won't post on the thread but come back and post again and worse than that those that use another name to support their feeble post/s.

Dean has been so nasty to so many that I would jump on him every chance that came about. Major has his own ways to spill out his bile and both of these usernames are a sock for two other, not so well known names. Why they are not perma banned under these names I will never know.

You get others that wind people up and worse, but they can be a laugh, Goodwife is a good example as is Holly as she too has her moments.

For me, a forum is a place to chat, laugh, talk, share, enjoy and if appropriate, slap down a step or three a self appointed know all that actually knows very little. I post in a way where I hope people can have a laugh, enjoy my posts, engage but like some here......  I thank the owner here and the two girls that run the forum for allowing me to share my views with several people here.
