For tomorrow....all the mums who normally spend time with family and this year cannot (me included) hope you manage a video call or get to speak to them at least.x
I put my Mum's card ,chocs and flowers in the porch as I am not permitted to actually see her atm.
My father passed away last year and it was an untimely passing but now I realise he was being saved from these terrifying times. He was a gentle sensitive soul and would be deeply frightened by the virus.

I had the same sort of visit from my son, card and chocolates left outside on the patio, we had a conversation with us in the kitchen him staying outside.....very odd indeed.
It's sad to hear your dad recently passed, but I agree that a lot of elderly people, especially those living alone and isolated, must be feeling very scared at this time.
