Anon - that is a bit unfair. Dean doesn't deny being a troll and he purposely gets under peoples skin who have skin that can be got under. The Doc was targeted like others have been targeted. When someone reveals something personal about themselves or when they give a certain controversial opinion then the Master Troll will use that as ammunition when he sees fit. Read what Vicky wrote. He does the same against the Doc.

Micky & Ray of Sunshine openly talked about their mental problems and therapy for depression and banjo always used that information against both of them.

Telling them to go kill themselves.

For people who had a history of self harm, he would upload an avatar inviting them to self harm some more.
