I might not be what I was 20 years ago but I'm pretty much natural everything. I've never been one to go to pamper sessions. I do miss going out with my mates for lunch though, and having a good gab.

Cut my own hair for 25 years, short number 2 - saved a fortune although ironically I am the only bloke in my extended family who could grow a full head of hair if I wanted to.

I take after Grandad (RIP) for that.

I often cut my own hair too. Many a time OH has looked in the bin and thought a dead hairy animal has died in there.

Like Digger I dont pay to be messed about with, in fact it's my idea of hell to have someone plucking, injecting, polishing, massaging and generally fussing about around me.

Me too.  I hate and loathe going  to the hairdressers.   They always have the most ghastly lighting ragga

Not a Kiwi, but her boyfriend from here.

Wedding #3 coming up.

I wear comfy clothes in the house. Strappy tops and leggings, and always socks because I hate slippers and my feet get cold.
I haven't worn 'going out' clothes for over 2 weeks, haven't put any makeup on, haven't styled my hair either....this is my third week of isolation, and tbh, it's not bothering me yet.

 I'm losing my mind.

I forgot I already mentioned that. There are certain places I reveal personal information and places I dont.  This place is the former.

It's like I have different worlds I live in, and I lose track of which one I'm in.

And, I ain't no spring chicken no more.

The Celts and Boudicca found to their cost that it's never a good idea to fight the Romans in a pitched battle, sacking towns was easy - The Battle of Watling Street not so much (Tacitus gives figures of around 400 Roman deaths v 80,000 for the allied tribes and the Romans were outnumbered by 23-1 as well).
