I meant of course she is a rather dull character and can be a rather wooden actress - if that was not clear.

You always do that? you seem to believe others are a bit thick to understand the things you write.  You write a long or unusual word then believe you need to put its meaning in brackets.   I'm sure Syl isn't stupid and understood the meaning without you pointing it out.
