Do you have any grumbles you wish to share?

I have one at the moment...

I was going to buy a book of 12 First Class Stamps and they cost £9.12 but Royal Mail want £1.45 for postage.

I think that's quite cheeky and I don't see why they can't take a stamp out the book i'm buying and stick it on the front of my letter.

So they can keep their stamps.

bored

Just my usual one. Why do I have to work so much, and work until I'm too old to enjoy what retirement's left.

It's like cageing a beautiful wild stallion.

Screw it. I'm going into work with a cattle prod, run amok, get a dishonoourable discharge, PTSD then go on the bennies and be a big ol' sexy daddy bear of lezzhah!

I saw this and thought it was very interesting and rather touching.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8230589/Soldiers-bedroom-not-touched-died-WORLD-WAR-I.html

A young soldier who died in the First World War and his bedroom has remained the same ever since.

Hubert Rochereau's parents were unable to find their sons body, so turned his bedroom into a shrine.

The young soldier was buried in a British cemetery and lay undiscovered for four years before be repatriated to France.

Hubert Rochereau's parents want his bedroom to remain untouched for 500 years.

So hard for us to comprehend the sacrifices people were willing to make in those times.

I was watching Trump's latest press conference  - the Tangerine bag of wind and piss never fails to astound me with his crass stupidity, posturing, childishness and narcissism.

Just tuned it over as I can only take a few minutes of the moron's blatant lies and bullshit.

So how many lives from COVID-19 is his premature opening up of the US going to cost?

Almost 39,000 and counting have died already.

Yet certain sections of the US (NRA gun nuts, Bible-Belt, etc) worship him like a God, so much so that he will probably win another term.

Incredible.
