So i ordered some Solpadeine because they help my headaches, i've ordered them online many times without a problem.

Then yesterday i got an email from the pharmacist 'This is a restricted product so upload your passport or driving licence, if you don't have those then your birth certifcate and a household bill'

I'm not giving those to anyone online, they must think i came up the Clyde on a bike.

Why do you keep getting headaches? Ask your doctor to prescribe for you, you've a better chance of getting them that way and it wont cost you a fortune.

I've been getting migraines for years, always the left side of my head and the pain is excruciating.

I currently take three different type of prescribed pain killers but they don't seem to be doing much good.

I have a phone appointment with the doctor this afternoon, I'm going to mention it then.

Migraines are so debilitating. I really feel for you.

I had them for decades, as did my mum before me. Hers lessened with age and happy to say mine have too.

I'm sure you have looked into what may trigger them Vicky, for me it was strong smells, flashing lights, time of month and oddly...spring onions.

Strong smells (especially perfume) caffeine and certain cheeses Syl.

I've been taking two Pizotifen at night for years and I've also taken diclofenac for years.

The latest tablet the doctor is trying is Zolmitriptan, I don't think they work very well and the Doctor didn't phone!!

Said she would phone at 3pm and she hasn't and I wanted to take the dog out for a stroll because it's a lovely day here.

I don't want to go out until the surgery shuts just in case and Daisy is in the huff.

Oddly, I never had auras when I had regular migraines...now I very seldom get migraines but I have regular auras, which are horrible but thankfully only last about half an hour tops.

My migraines always struck over my right eye, sometimes I was sick, usually not, but they would often last a couple of days sometimes and left me feeling very vague and unreal (more than usual)

There is very close to stroke symptoms mimicking type of migraine, a Hemiplegic Migraine. I know someone who has had them. Not nice at all.

It's not the flour but the yeast and the additives they put in the bread. It seems to build up toxins until your body can't cope. Try ditching it for a month or so. The worst culprit is mass produced bread like the type that doesn't go stale for a week.

I have just been reading about what that twat Chibnall did to Doctor Who.

Jesus wept thank God I stopped watching after Matt Smith regenerated (although I would be willing to give Capaldi's Doctor a go).
