Speculating now because I am bored out of my skull and suffer from insomnia - but I do wonder what was really the truth behind Gaius Germanicus 'Caligula' - and Nero?

It seems in the popular perception written by Seutonius and Tacitus (the ancient equals of the 'Daily Star') after their deaths is believed and that they were monsters bur the truth but it's not easily known because history is always written by the winners.

I suspect we will never know.

Wasn' t Caligula OK until he got some kind of brain fever (Meningitis)? As for Nero, I guess when you're on bitty all your life and shagging your ma, things get a bit mixed up.

Personally I think going online when you can't sleep is the worst thing to do.
Read a book, preferably fiction, or have the radio on quietly, if dark thoughts invade try to think of some pleasant encounter or memory, we all have them stored away.

There were many Drs on that video but the media only cherry-pick the ones to talk about.

Yes, that Dr has some strange beliefs but she is from a country that voodoo etc is a religion to many and believed by many. she is still a qualified Dr who treats people for everyday illness and diseases What qualifications does Gates have? absolutely none, yet the media hang on his every word.

How people dying from many other things are being put down as covid deaths, test being faked test being counted twice. If you never watched TV or read a paper would you even know there was a deadly virus?

Interesting article. It sounds a nightmare right now but I like the idea of the germ falcon and phone soap. The germ falcon in particular is a good idea as flying is putting a lot of people off. Aeroplane cabins in some parts of the world are already disinfected with passengers in situ as a defence against dengue and zika.

I am not interested in preposterous conspiracy theories about Bill Gates or that COVID-19 is not a 'real' Pandemic - the families of the 46,000 people who have tragically passed here so far might have something to say about that.

The advice changes because this is a new Zoonotic virus, the more evidence that accumulates the more information we have on how to combat it.

Oh and I would rather people hang on to someone like Bill Gates's every word than dangerous charlatans like Ike and Wakefield.

When the world finally has a reliable vaccine for COVID-19 I wonder just how many will refuse it and thus putting others lives in danger?

Where did this tangent come from? I can see no conspiracy theories about Gates in that post, just saying Gates is not qualified in any medical field isn't a conspiracy theory, that is an actual fact.

I watched that video about the god gene and its pretty creepy, is that Bill Gates speaking?

I might not agree with everything in that post but yes I have questioned what is going on. Things are not adding up. Since I see those DRs I have been digging a bit and it really does seem to be that hydroxychloroquine was very much highly rated amongst Drs. I can't make out what is going on.
