Photographer Tobias Baumgaertner captured the images while spending three nights camping out at a fairy penguin colony in Melbourne, Australia.

In the sweet snaps, an elderly female penguin and a younger male stand side by side, gazing at the skyline. Both have lost their partners.

I stayed in Melbourne years ago and Wendy there.  They are so fluffy and so different to what I thought. I love em!

Well Corvids have enormous brains and have a much higher neural density than mammals. 

They are capable of just about anything. happy
