Monkey On Bike Grabs Baby...

No I haven't been taking drugs, I saw a video this morning of a monkey on a wee bike ride up and grab a baby.

The monkey pulls the baby along the ground before a man runs out and chases it away.

Poor wean must have been left with awfy skint knees.

Raises a few questions.

What was the monkey doing on the bike in the first place?

Did he think swapping the bike for the kid was a fair trade?

What was he planning on doing with the kid? Eat it, or swap it for something even better?

Whose bike was it?

I bet that was someone's badly trained house pet.
The dad didn't look unduly worried when the monkey was dragging his little girl away.

The dad followed the rule, he sauntered up metres behind, if that was my kid I would have been out as quick as Zola Budd.

That monkey was obviously trained to ride the bike...so why wouldn't it be trained to snatch a kid?

Over there the bike would cost more than the child.   Why would it even need the bike it could have just run up to the child.

I expect it was one of those, things like when a friendly dog suddenly attacks.  Maybe just wanted to play or they could even know each other

More like it was pissed off and aggressive.   They can give a nasty bite and are much stronger than they look.

The are highly aggressive and very strong - very nasty little buggers at times.
