Feds are only human and what at times the public, media courts fail to see at times is that the Fed/s may be trying to restrain a very dangerous and at times armed person. The Fed will 99.9999% of the time stop as soon as the trouble maker is restrained with reasonable force but the criminal can work loose. More dangerously, the criminal at times will go out, no holds barred to get away, harm, kill the Fed.  Therefore, it is very important to get the whole picture and not just a few seconds or minutes of it.

Those fighting the police can and do carry weapons and I've met 13/14 year old that could knock out most 30 year olds. The Feds do have a hard job of balancing.
