The "left ear" looks like a cat's nose and face viewed from the side.

 If you mean right ear as you look at the picture. But her Left ear. Yeah think you are right.

 For me at least some days I have a snowball's chance in hell of seeing these things. lolOther days I see them pretty sharpish.

It's how my brain works with most things tbh. lol
