Same here today, 30c and very muggy. Thunderstorms expected though unlike parts of the country we didn't get any last night.

Same here today, 30c and very muggy. Thunderstorms expected though unlike parts of the country we didn't get any last night.

We had a nice storm display around 1am last night. I stood outside in the garden watching it, it was so amazing and the air was so warm. Then the static kicked in and you could feel all the hairs on your arms reacting, then it started to rain and I just stood in it for around ten minutes and got pissed wet through. It was heavenly!

We didn't have much rain at all yet we are almost neighbours.

I heard distant thunder around 2am but it faded away quickly.

A lot of thunder and lightening in the early hrs, shame it didn’t clear the air.

The thunderstorm was spectacular last night... continuous lightening for ages, but with no thunder... like a light bulb ready to pop!.... was up with the mutt till after 4am before it calmed down, he was panting, dribbling and cosying up, he couldn’t get any closer .... best electrical storm for years though!

Ah so when its cold you can often be found somewhere in a corner wrapped in 6 layers and a thick blanket while he's carrying on as normal. :D

We try and go somewhere hot a couple of times when it's cold....sadly not this year, but we did have a glorious spring that seemed to arrive early so it wasn't too bad.
I am dreading winter...especially if we are all limited in what we can do and where we can go, though I wont be going abroad anyway this year.
