How many people have died alone, suicided, not had vital treatment or sitting in nursing homes deteriorating in the name of saving others?

We have already seen the lonely people in nursing homes. heard the stories of people including children not being able to see loved ones while dying. expectant fathers not being allowed for most of their partner's appointments or  all of their child's birth

Look at this poor woman's son try to comfort her at her husband's his father's funeral.

How far will you be prepared to go? how many lives are you prepared to let be ruined in order to save a tiny % of the population?

Genuine question. How far is too far for you

I've bolded the "you" because I am asking you personally as am really tired of "the greater good" "anyone not complying is selfish"  replies everywhere, rather than people seriously sitting and thinking  "how far is too far for me"

It's a good question, but also brings up the alternative one of how far are you willing to go by ignoring the advice of the government and potentially spreading the virus unknowingly to older and more vulnerable members of your own family or society in general?

Not avoiding your own question, I will answer it later.

Perhaps the other side of the coin is....how would you like it if someone you loved caught COVID off a person who refused to mask up, or isolate, and then they died?

I think some self entitled people use the real examples of people who have really suffered due to the lockdown and social distancing to just ignore the rules that have been put in place.

People have died without their loved ones being near, old folk in care homes haven't seen their families for months, and that's incredibly sad.....but why should that stop you or me following the laws?

I have only seen my grandson once in 7 months, my son not much more, and I stayed in for the first three months and will do so again if a complete lockdown comes into force. Rather do that than ignore guidelines, catch the bloody thing, and give it to all and sundry around me.
