Unfortunately, Luke took his life a couple of years ago, but it appears someone has found some old unreleased tracts and are now releasing them in a new album.

Written by Woody Guthrie in the late 1950s, without any music, the Dropkick Murphys wrote music for the lyrics, took the band from Boston and hooked up with Evan Felker of the Turnpike Troubadours in Tulsa.

 

Some might say based on the lyrics we have the same old problems Woody used to sing about..

I had never heard of him before this interview last week. I checked out his music and it's. not really for me, but I found him interesting and entertaining as hell in this interview. I think Maher gets it right when he says some people are just born to be rock stars..


This is a long, funny and silly interview. May appeal more to guys..🤷

 Me neither. The only song of hers I really liked at the time was ‘Shake It Off’ 😂

But when it comes to creativity and meticulously micro-managing her video productions, there’s no doubt that she’s the ultimate Showgirl! 😊

 My 4 year old granddaughters can sing that entire song..

 

Since they are 4, I cut them some slack in their musical taste.
