Tyler is one of our greatest song writers. Some folks like his voice, others not so much.
He's not mainstream country and the release of this video will keep him from becoming so, any time soon. But he has a huge following including me.

Yes, Salford, where I grew up, was a mining town, also Durham, where my dad was born, all his male family members were miners.
Salford still has a high rate of lung disease....nothing like it was back in the last century, thank God.
That song and the accompanying video, tell a story. To be honest, most of the songs you put up, (and I do watch the videos) are not to my taste really, but I liked that one.

My musical taste lean towards singer songwriters. Their talent is in telling stories, as opposed to being the most powerful vocalists.
I appreciate a great set of pipes on a singer, but usually not as much as the message in the lyrics.
