It's because of fear.

Another cracker from OXFAM - privileged white women should not report ethnic minorities for raping them and that they are the root cause of sexual violence not the perpetrators - yes it's the Mail but the story was covered elsewhere and the facts are the facts.

Frightening that people like her can ho;d  such a powerful position in teaching our kids.
