We got 5 golds yesterday, really looking forward to the highlights at 5pm on CH4. 

Listening to the test match atm and then athletics later on BBC2.happy

GB got 7 para golds yesterday just watching the highlights now and we are only behind China in the medal table.

Recorded the Diamond League Athletics today and our victory against India in the Test match - I am as happy as a pig in shit! lol

Another incredible day, taped the hour long highlights and will be watching at 7.30 PM - in particular Hannah and then our rugby team who upset both the Japanese in the semi and US team in the final to win gold in the rugby.

I love it - it like a demolition derby - brutal as sport can get!

There is a reason it's nicknamed murderball!lol
