Kyle Rittenhouse was been found not guilty on all five counts
The jury reached a verdict in the Kenosha shooter trial on Friday, the fourth day of deliberation
President Biden weighed in on the high-profile case hours after the verdict was read, telling reporters, 'I stand with the jury as the jury system has concluded. The jury system works and you have to abide by it'
Rittenhouse, who was 17 at the time of the shootings, was charged with first-degree intentional homicide and other counts for killing Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber and wounding Gaige Grosskreutz
The family of Rittenhouse victim Anthony Huber said in a statement, 'Today's verdict means there is no accountability for the person who murdered our son '
Outside the court, defense lawyer Mark Richards said Rittenhouse was feeling a 'huge sense of relief' at the verdict. 'He is on his way home, he wants to get on with his life'
The governor of Wisconsin, Tony Evers, said on Monday that 500 Wisconsin Army National Guard troops are reporting for active duty to support local law enforcement agencies
Protests were expected ahead of the high-profile case that kicked off in Kenosha, Wisconsin in summer 2020 after the shooting of Jacob Blake
The verdict marks the explosive end of a trial that has been riddled with controversy and drama that has threatened to derail proceedings more than once
If you watch all the videos and understand our laws, there is little doubt why he was found not guilty.
Whether he showed poor judgement by being there with a rifle, that's not the case. Poor judgement is legal.
If you are pursued by someone, threatening to harm you, you don't have to let them actually hit you before you defend yourself. Kyle ran (from a man convicted of fucking little boys in the ass) and gave than man time to think about what he was doing. When man cornered Kyle, and reached for his weapon, Kyle killed him.
That's the law here.
The next guy attacked Kyle, while he was on the ground. Kyle killed him.
The third guy pulled his handgun on Kyle, and he about blew his arm off.
All of this was on video and well documented by eye witnesses. There is no question as to what happened. Only if it was legal. 12 jurors all said it was.
There were other armed men there. None of them were chased. They were cussed at and the like, but they just held their ground. It was only when the baby faced boy got separated from the men, that the convicted child molester decide to give chase, and set this whole mess off.

I suppose when you live in a country where people are told they have a right to carry arms, add to that a generation who have been brought up on Rambp films...events like this are bound to happen.
That kid, like many others who were there that night, was fired up and looking for trouble.
He had no idea the first man he killed was a paedophile, he just shot out, at him and the other two men.
What set the whole thing off imo was the idiot who posted about a meet up on social media.

Rampant gun culture and religion (at least in the South) are the things that separate the US from the the rest of the Western democracies.
Especially the UK as our police officers are not even armed.
I can just imagine what shit would happen if the little (and big) thugs on many of Hull's estates could freely walk around with firearms.

Not Guilty doesn’t make the meddlesome little brat a hero.
The prosecutors in this case were shit, the judge was shambolic, and the defence was the very best money can buy - courtesy of ‘Free Kyle!’ right wing fundraising and the $$$ advanced to him for Tucker Carlson’s upcoming documentary.
To whoever (on Dogs) said there’s no evidence that Kyle Rittenhouse is an inherently racist right wing little prick, vids are available showing your boy yukking it up with his Proud Boy buds, wearing his Free As Fuck tee shirt.
This ain’t over. It’s to be hoped the inevitable civil lawsuits headed Kyle’s way will be successful and will divest him of any income for the rest of his life.

What did he do to "look for trouble"?
Was it using a fire extinguisher to put out a burning dumpster?
If I see men trying to burn your house, am I looking for trouble?

Yeah, you'd never make it here.
You're much better off where you are.
Why because I don't carry a gun or go to church on a Sunday?
I don't need to do either here without being ostracised so maybe you are right.

He went looking for trouble, armed with a rifle, to an area he wasn't even a resident of.
He found trouble when he shot to death two unarmed men.
It's ridiculous that a kid of his age can carry around a rifle in public.

You'd have to get a fucking job.
Organising a rattlesnake round up for kids?
What a lovely Texas tradition that is.

It's a job.
So you think it's justified because of that?
With the glazed, bloodthirsty look in that kid's eyes the thought of a lot of them carrying around a gun is disturbing.
