The parole board should be completely overhauled.
Anonymous people making decisions about people they have never seen, and seemingly unanswerable to anyone.

It seems that in this country that all a total psychopath has to do is look at the floor in 'shame' for the murders or rapes they have committed and 'cry' a few obvious crocodile tears in front of the parole board and they are released to commit further atrocities on the innocent.

Of course I might be wrong - after all a bloke who raped and murdered two young girls who said he is now fine might be a wonderful addition to any community.

But that's just my cynicism so I apologise.
