A cash-strapped council splashed out thousands of pounds on a trans flag road crossing - despite concerns from charities that it could cause confusion to visually impaired pedestrians.

Camden Council installed the four-way blue, pink and white crossing at the junction of Tavistock Place and Marchmont Street in November to 'help celebrate transgender awareness and act as a reminder of the rich LGBT+ history' in Camden'.

But a Freedom of Information request has now revealed how the Labour-run council, which is facing a £20million budget shortfall due to Covid, spent a total £10,464 on the project.

Of that, more than £6,500 was splashed on the blue, pink and white paint and the labour cost to install the crossing, while £1,850 was spent on 'road safety audits'.

And here is a poor woman living in a shit hole Camden council house. Four years of complaining and still no joy.   The video was taken in 2017 but you can bet your life there's more like her today.

It's absolutely fucking disgusting - whatever happened to common sense?

Camden council confirmed that the controversial Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, which runs the UK's only gender identity development service for children, served as inspiration for the placement of the crossing, on Tavistock Place

What is a 'gender identity development service for children' anyway?

How much did that cost?

Are girls who like a bit of rough and tumble ('Tomboys' as they used to be known) being encouraged to think they are men trapped in women's bodies and vice versa?

They are far too young to make such decisions especially as they are so easily influenced by social media and the increasingly militant and extreme LGBT lobby.

 London is gone. Khanistan made sure of that!   Bloody coloured  Zebra crossing, bike lanes wider than car lanes, everything for muslims, homes going to immigrants, nothing for us whites anymore.  What changes in a few years!
