Even naming and shaming them doesn't work, they still retire (early, as soon as the shit hits the fan) on hefty pensions.
The death penalty may not deter these monsters from murdering the vulnerable babies and toddlers, but it would make damn sure they don't ever get the chance to do it again.
And that's the problem.
There needs to be some penalty for incompetence that fails to prevent a child's death.
Four children under five years old have died in a fire in London. A woman has been arrested on suspicion of child neglect. The children were alone in the property.
Savannah Brockhill, who murdered 16-month-old Star Hobson in September last year, has been sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 25 years.
Star's mum, Frankie Smith, has been sentenced to eight years in prison for causing or allowing the death of a child.
Far, far too lenient again by our bleeding heart judges.
Poor little Star's evil bitch of a 'mother' will be out in four years.
They shouldn't JD, but they know they would be hurt or killed by other prisoners. Personally, I think they should be thrown in the same cells, let them sort them out!

I agree Mags - rough justice.
Boiling sugar water in the face, shanked etc.
No one should mourn child torture killers - they are lower than any lifeform on earth.
Animals die to protect their own young.

I think it's important to remember, the majority of people are good.
I think if we concentrate too much on the monsters, it can colour the way we look at the world.
Most people root for the victims....unfortunately, legal justice doesn't always seem to.

Yes sorry.
You are right Syl.
I just wish our legal service was on the side of the victims and not the criminals.

No need to apologise JD, I think if we read or watch the news a lot it'd be easy to think the world and everyone in it was evil.
