 it sets  A dangerous precedent Syl. A rapist might start a legal challenge saying "Why do i have to go to jail, when he only had to say sorry"

 It's  a disgusting system, not meant for serious crimes....but that's British justice for you nowadays.

Cosset the criminal at the expense of the victims.

 The system needs a complete overhaul. How many times to wear hear "given a live sentence" only to find out they've to serve a minimum of five years .

Tracey Connelly the mother of 'Baby P' has been told she won't get a new identity ahead of her release from prison.

She's been told if she's that worried about being rumbled she should dye her hair and lose weight.

Nobody should get new identities.

That idiot Karen Matthews wanted one as well but was given a makeover instead.

What did she do within a few days of being released, gave an interview to the press.

Wanted to go on Jeremy Kyle but apparently she was too vile even for them.

Life long anonymity is only given in a handful of cases and is used rarely by the courts and only in the most infamous and horrific of cases.

Of  course Jon Venables is back in prison and one of the Edlington Brothers was returned to prison too.

Edlington was caught with a machete, Venables was caught with child pornography.

I was reading about this inadequate creep who abused his girlfriend.

Look at the state of him.

You would think someone so repulsive would cherish a woman not beat her up.

Tracey Connelly has been photographed doing some shopping since her release from prison.

The monster seems to have put on even more weight.

So only one person responsible for killing wee Peter or Baby P is still in prison.

Steven Barker is also serving a sentence for raping a two year old girl.

He's applied for parole but it was refused.

Ugly, far cow shouldn't be out and the other one should stay in prison for life. Monsters them both!

For example in Hull there is a massive luxury hotel that has been created for economic (99% young fit male) migrants, they get free vouchers for expensive clothes, three top quality meals a day and beautiful clean warm rooms whilst the homeless born there look on with despair.

It makes you sick.

I'm reading a book called "Little Girls Lost" true tales of heinous crimes.

I've just finished reading about Sian Kingi who was murdered in Australia in 1987.

Barrie Watts wanted a young girl to rape and his wife Valmae Beck helped him get a victim.

An Australian Brady and Hindley.

Little Sian was their victim, as the girl was cycling through the park, Beck told her that her dog was missing and Sian stopped to help look for the imaginary dog and Watts grabbed her and threw her into a van and the child was tortured and abused for an hour.

They were caught and on the day the trial started hundreds turned up at the court, some waving nooses

Both were convicted and jailed for life and both as you can imagine had a tough time in prison.

Beck was once beaten unconscious after a bashing with tins in socks and he was held done and sodomized....with barbed wire.

Do you know that only 8% of women murder someone they don't know, compared to 17% of men.

The Judges ruled on the cases today...

Wayne Couzens failed to have his "Whole life tariff" reduced

Emma Tustin's sentence for murdering wee Arthur will not be increased to a "Whole life tariff" and will remain a minimum of 29 years.

Thomas Hughes the father of Arthur had his sentence increased from 21 years to 24 years.

 Glad Couzens got a whole life tariff, but the others should have aswell.
