After the hip, I need my other knee doing, if it goes as well as the first op, I will be happy.

Good luck to your friend, hope all goes well.x

I'm going in hospital in 4th August for my spine operation.  I'm having metal plate and bolts placed in the lower spine.  Hopefully I will be able to walk better with no or less pain than now.

Were falling apart us lot lol.

A mouthpiece I will wear for 15 minutes that will have a solution that gets below the gum line to kill the bacteria that regular brushing and flossing doesn't get to..

Sorta like those teeth whitening trays.

 Ahhh, I know now.

I paid for a fitted tooth whitening tray and solution a few years ago, I could only use it a couple of times though, it made my teeth really sensitive even though the dentist gave me something to use to lessen the sensitivity.

It cost £250.

Well, they are about twice that much now.

Inflation is a bitch.

Bad teeth, not necessarily rotten, but there is that misconception.

I guess there's some reason for it, although it seems like things have and are changing.

I bet we have more boob jobs too.

So I have a maid that comes once a month for a good cleaning that I really won't do like should.

So that means I just spent an hour cleaning and putting shit away before she gets here.😉

Maybe I just need an imaginary maid, and I can clean once a month before she gets here, and then I won't really need to pay her.

Or I can pay my imaginary maid with imaginary money.

Then I can take the money I saved and go on a date with my imaginary girlfriend..🤷‍♂️

Thanks Madders.  I've had spine problems and pain for years, but now it's crumbled and the pain in my legs from the nerves is terrible.  It needs doing.

 Link wont show.

Some Brits have bad teeth, others have good teeth.

Not sure why we have that reputation, maybe because getting an NHS dentist is hard, and most people do use NHS dentists, if they can find one.

They charge quite a lot if you want cosmetic work done.

The link won't show for me now..

Anyway, 40 years ago Brits had much worse teeth as in missing teeth..

Even to this day, Brits teeth don't appear the same as ours because we spend more on braces and whitening..

Its strictly a cosmetic issue at this point..

I think for a lot of Brits, it's gone full circle.
They are opting for those horrendous veneers, too big and far too white, they can resemble horses.

Most people I know will spend on whitening products, either shop bought or made to measure from the dentist (highly recommended as long as you dont have sensitive teeth)

So, did a 5 mile walk, ate Mexican food at the joint owned by one of my pretend girlfriends, and now am trying to get motivated to go do a little work out on my garden (pulling weeds).

I have all sorts of tomatoes, peppers, squash, cucumbers and beans planted.

Tomorrow I'll need to mow the yard which is always a blast.

I have several. They are just friends (Or sometimes singers) and I call them my pretend girlfriends..

This particular one is 32 and has a girlfriend, which makes the process extremely difficult for turning her into a real girlfriend. Once in a blue moon we have beverages but usually we just chat at her restaurant..

😉
