I was only in hospital one night...so I got to enjoy it all.

It's so hot here, about 25 i think they said and its 10.45 pm! i can't sleep.

Much cooler here, definitely not sitting out weather, the sun is predicted to return next week though.

I used to be good at the hula hoop....

Dont think I will be trying it again anytime soon.,,,the excercises they have given me to do are painful enough.

Very warm and hopefully the start of some nice weather.

I need to keep a close eye on Daze because white dogs are more at risk of sunburn due to a lack of pigmentation in their skin.

Pouring in Scotland this morning and to think I was looking at shade tents for dogs yesterday!! 🙁
