 Oh, I definitely believe.  The night my father in law died, and before we knew he'd died, I got this strong scent of aftershave.  It was so strong, I told my husband who was sitting across the room on a different couch, 'I can smell Aramis aftershave.'   I recognised the Aramis scent because my ex used to wear it.

My husband said, 'That's my dad's favourite cologne.'      

Then we got the call that he'd  died.

 Yep - there it is  I’ve read some of your ‘spooky’ stuff over the years, Diggs. I won’t bore you with any of my tales of rattling dishes in a totally dark kitchen & dogs excitedly leaping up & madly wagging their tails at thin air after my OH passed. Bottom line, folks can think I’m batshit delusional, but IDGAF. If I don’t try & foist anything I believe/imagine onto anyone else, then where’s the harm? 

Sooo…how about that big beautiful rainbow over Windsor & Buck House around the time of Her Maj’s passing! Perfect timing, much?

 No and let's not forget they made it be known they had refused her Majesty's invite to go and visit her at Balmoral just recently.

They were going to fly all the way from America to England and then back again without having the decency to fly to Scotland and visit her.

I hope we get no fake tears and platitudes now from either of them.

Her Majesty's coffin will be taken from Balmoral Castle to St Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh.

It's unclear when that will happen but members of the public will be allowed in to pay their respects.

There will be a service there before Her Majesty returns to lie in state in England.

Her Majesty was the Supreme Governor of the Church of England but also attended Church of Scotland services every Sunday when she was at Balmoral at nearby Crathie Kirk.

 I'll bet he's regretting this now.   The Queen invited him several times, as did Charles but the level of resentment and bitterness and spoiled bratness in him would rather have rebuffed that.  It was spiteful as though he was trying to punish them.  Life's too short and now she's gone and he can't ever take that back.  

You only have to look at photos of him before and after Meghan to see the dead light in his eyes.

As has been mentioned, this was a very poignant image yesterday, just as her death was officially announced.

RIP Queen Elizabeth II you served this country so very well.

I am no monarchist but Liz and Phil were amongst the best of Britain as people and amongst the very last of the WW2 generation to have served.

When Sir David Attenborough finally goes I will feel the same way.

 It's true.

As so many people have mentioned over the last day, we will never see the like of these people again.

The generation that saw such hardships and yet remained so dignified....not many left now.

I'm gutted. Bless my queen,   this will have a big impact on the world.  How come Hairys kids are now Prince n princess, no one, not even the queen have  sen them.  Hairy got there too late and didn't stay long.  He prob wasn't welcome.  He caused her so much upset writing about them and megaliar lying grrrr.

Go to Philip now our queen, the best queen in the world. I'm so sadx

All football this weekend has been cancelled as a mark of respect. The police in Edinburgh have started putting up barriers and closing roads in preparation for Her Majesty 's coffin leaving Balmoral for St Giles Cathedral.
