Maybe I've got it wrong, but watching that I just get the feeling of yet another Pity Party! 

 It's argued that he's doing this for charity, blah blah, but you can also do things for charity in the background, like a lot people do, with no fanfare, no publicity, no ego, etc.    You just know all this is engineered to create maximum publicity....for them.

He's served in the military and has championed the invictus games! There is no ulterior motive with this gesture.He's his mothers son and has carried on his mothers legacy imo.

 

What will they say in the documentary? We will find out very soon..I for one will be binging it!

 So he served in the military, so what?  So he championed the Invictus games, so what?  William is his mother's son too, and yet Harry is trashing his whole family and for what?  Who does that?    I see two things going on here.   Firstly, and most glaringly, Meghan's narcissism and desperation to be feted as a leading light of noble causes and adoration, a two bit actress who doesn't care who she hurts or betrays on the way to what she most desires.  And Harry, a spoiled indulged not too bright immature manchild  who thinks he can posthumously save his mother through the vessel of Meghan.  Being placed on a pedestal suits Meghan just fine, it's what narcissists love best, and she'll keep striving to isolate her husband from his longterm friends and family until he's totally dependant on her and will dance to every tune she pipes.

All these two have are their titles and a ton of ego.  Take that away and let's see how long they last in the fickle world they live in.  People are already tiring of their endless whining and hypocrisy.  Such is their highly inflated opinion of themselves they are trashing the very thing that keeps them elevated in society.

nod Every word in Digger’s post up there Is bang on nod In this mixed up, effed up world, where people are having to make some very tough choices in order to get by, the LAST thing they need to see is this pair of tone deaf brats bleating from their multi-million $$$ ivory tower about how ’challenging’ life has been.

To be clear, I don’t begrudge them their wealth, their celebrity trappings, and all the mega-filtered choreographed photoshoots. Fair play to them on all of that. I just have zero interest in learning about every breathless itch and fart of their life together. Plus, all the scarily obsessive anti-Sussex vitriol has been done to death all over the internet/MSM, and it only serves to kickstart their pity party all over again.

As Digger says, “People are already tiring of their endless whining and hypocrisy”….DEFINITELY add me to that! nod

Mocking the Queen.   Fuck me, she's vile.  And what's worse is Harry just sits there while she does it, the woman who served this country so well, for so many years, who gave them their titles.  But if you look closer, turn down the sound and study Harry's face, there's embarrassment there in spite of the smile that doesn't reach his eyes.

Very disrespectful to a woman who made her welcome in the family. Her Majesty even broke with tradition and invited Meghan to Sandringham for Christmas before they were married.

I doubt I will bother watching it, the trailers are nauseating enough.

It's so true that she cries racism if she thinks her culture is being questioned or mocked, but she happily does it to ours...double standards.

I succumbed and watched the first 3 episodes last night.

I think the trailers showed the most controversial bits. The rest was just two privileged, self entitled people talking about their great (to them) love story....and the harassment they have suffered, mostly from the press.

Harry seems to think Meghan is Diana mark 2, Meghan has obviously cultivated that thought.

It was a predictable first half of the Netflix series...maybe the last half will be more interesting.

From what I’ve seen and read in the past, a minor role in a telly series was never going to be good enough for her, and it’s been well documented that she’s always been a ruthlessly focused social climber. She finally hit pay dirt by nabbing her Prince! He in turn definitely has ‘Mummy’ issues, imo, and that’s a need she seems more than happy to meet.

Definite co-dependency thing going on there. For now at least…

She was asked which Prince she would like to get in with, William or Harry....she said she didn't know. lol
