You must do something here to help yourself. There are so many places you can go for this help, and you don't keep us updated on that. Have you contacted Crisis? please email london@crisis.org.uk or phone 0300 636 1967 and they will get back to you within 48 hours.

Or Shelter?
Helpline
0808 800 4444 helpline is free

And how times have we advised you to contact the Samaritans?

You never keep us updated on any of these matters. It's no good dwelling on your brother, you need to look to getting yourself in a better place mentally and emotionally and you need professional help to do this.

I had an appointment with MIND and Cranston on Friday, the MIND lady was ill and my counsellor did not even bother to ring at the appointed time. :(

Thank you anyway Maddy - I don't get on this laptop much anymore perhaps the new year will bring me some peace. XXX

I am exhausted so going to sleep now.
