Glasgow wants to host the Commonwealth games, talk about having your priorities all wrong.

That money needs investing in making the city look better, not a huge vanity project.

I totally agree V. It's nuts. Yes they'll make lots of money but the people won't see it.

I used to go into Glasgow every Saturday for years in my teens, always went to the music and clothes shops.

I don't recognise the place now.

Is it possible for all the English MPs to get together and declare England independent from Scotland, Wales and N-Ireland? I think it would be better if everyone got on with promoting and focusing on their own individual nations. This "union" is resulting in the destruction of everything with politicians more interested in being woke, looking good in the media, and filling their pockets while in power. The SNP are probably just as bad as all the other parties.

I think there would have to be a referendum and ask the English people if they wanted to break free from the Union.

Most people wouldn't be happy with such a major decision being made on their behalf.

The SNP don't have an overall majority here but are in coalition with the Green Party.

That gives them a majority and if they declared independence they're would be riots here.
