Not just make them legal but have 'Drug consumption centre's '

Isn't this a marvellous idea from the government who's country has the highest drug death rates in Europe.

I don't take drugs but I've been buying a disposable vape each week since I stopped smoking.

The Scottish government are thinking of making disposable vapes illegal.

So if they have their way, I could buy heroin and not get arrested but might have to travel to England to get some vapes!!

That was a horrific case, and the lad showed no remorse at all, denying he murdered the little girl throughout...if I remember rightly.

I think if you can plan and commit such horrendous acts when you reach the age of sixteen, the soft glove approach won't work, there is already something wrong with the way your brain is wired.

I have just been reading back on this case...it was horrendous.

Alesha Sarah MacPhail. Six years old.

"A postmortem examination was conducted on 3 July 2018.^[23] The autopsy concluded that MacPhail received 117 injuries, some of which were caused while she was alive and some of which may have been caused by vegetation. Injuries to her neck and face indicated that she had been gripped, while injuries to her nose and mouth indicated that she had been smothered. Her genitalia sustained "catastrophic" injuries. The pathologist determined her death to be "the result of significant forceful pressure to her neck and face”
