There was me thinking It was over and I've got it.

 

Thought it was flu, but the test today was positive, hub got it too.

 

I've been so ill, still very rough, not eating, sick, aching, cough, throat like razor blades.

 

Funny all through the pandemic I never wore a mask, I just couldnt, and got nothing.  I think I caught it from my husband, thanks a bunch! bored

That's rotten luck Mags, keep warm and hydrated.

In this area, as many people are in hospital with Covid as was at the height of the pandemic, so it's certainly not over yet.

Unfortunately, I think it's here forever.

It appears to be milder and each infection less severe. It's just a matter of time until we all catch it again, with some built in immunity to lessen the effects.

 True Madders, it will do the rounds again, but not severely.

Yes my hub has, I havent, but I feel like I've been run over by a steamroller. Apparently there's different ways it affects us, I got the lot apart from that. Just my luck.

Yesterday I texted negative for covid. Still rough, but at least not infectious now. This has knocked the grainy out of me!

 At least your test is negative, so that's good.

I suppose, like when you catch a bad dose of the flu, it can leave you feeling really weak for a while afterwards. x

 Yes I'm surprised how much this has knocked me out.  Never thought it would affect me this bad..
