"The jury also heard on Friday how social services decided not to take any further action despite a referral from Sara’s school after bruises were spotted on the girl months before she died.

In March 2023, five months before Sara’s body was discovered at the family home in Woking, Surrey, Sara’s teacher noticed a bruise on her chin along with a “dark bruise like mark on her right eye”.

Sara said that her eye was just very itchy and the mark on her chin was from falling on her rollerskates.

The 10-year-old was later spoken to by the headteacher and asked if she was ok.

The court heard that Sara buried her face and gave a different account to the one she had previously told her teacher.

The school contacted Children’s Single Point of Access for advice who agreed that a referral to social services was needed.

On 16 March, six days after the bruises were noticed, social services decided to take no further action on the referral.

The following month Sara’s father informed the school that Sara was to be withdrawn to be home schooled."

The latest in the trial of the murder of little Sara.
The arsehole of a father is blaming his wife, and no doubt she is the witch who caused most of the injuries on that little girl.But that piece of shit KNEW how Sara was being damaged and abused, and he did sweet sod all to help her.




"A stepmother accused of killing Sara Sharif tied the 10-year-old’s hands behind her back with tape for being naughty, a court has heard.

Sara’s body was found with dozens of injuries at the family’s home in Woking, Surrey, last year, the Old Bailey was told.

Her father Urfan Sharif, 42, stepmother Beinash Batool, 30, and uncle, Faisal Malik, 29, have denied murder.

Giving evidence, Mr Sharif told jurors he returned home unexpectedly to find a “terrified” Sara with her hands tied with packing tape.

He told the court that Ms Batool was “shocked” to see him home during the incident in late June or early July last year, a matter of weeks before Sara was found dead.

Asked what his wife told him had happened, he said: “Beinash said that, ‘she’d been naughty, so I tied her hands so that she does not hurt herself’."

Asked what his reaction was, Mr Sharif told the court he shouted in anger and helped Sara.

“She was terrified, Sara. She was scared,” he said.

He told jurors Ms Batool apologised to him and said she would not do it again.

“She is very manipulative,” he added.

Mr Sharif also told the court Ms Batool was a “psycho” and “evil”, and that he slapped Sara after Ms Batool told him Sara had injured some of the other children.

He went on to say that Ms Batool would blame Sara "for everything".

Naeem Mian KC, for Mr Sharif, previously told the court that Mr Sharif arrived home to find Sara “limp” on 8 August 2023, before attempting CPR and begging for an ambulance to be called.

“He was told in Urdu or Punjabi, ‘leave it, she’s dead’,” by Ms Batool, Mr Mian KC added.

The court previously heard that Sara was hooded, burned and beaten during more than two years of abuse.

A post-mortem examination found Sara had suffered dozens of injuries including "probable human bite marks", an iron burn and scalding from hot water before she died on 8 August 2023."

I have moved this into Whine.

Others may wish to read about the appalling way this little girl was treated, and left alone, dead in her bed, whilst her murderous father, stepmother and uncle fled to Pakistan.

The authorities failed her, they suspected abuse, which had been going on for months, but did sod all to help her. Even when she began to wear a hijab to hide her injuries...even when her father took her out of school to be homeschooled, no one helped her.

When police broke into her home, after the father called them from Pakistan, they found her little body, covered in bruises, burn marks, bites, fractures old and new, she had been tortured for many months.



The trial is now ongoing.

 He is blaming his wife, Sara's stepmother.

They more or less banished her real mother out of Sara's life over the last years.

I do believe the stepmother was unbelievably cruel...far more than he was. The bite marks on intimate areas of Sara were not from the two men, the stepmother refused to give a sample.

The so-called father is just as guilty...he should have protected that beautiful little girl from the jealous cow ...he didn't.

He had been accused in three unrelated incidents of abusing women, including Sara's mother. He was arrested for assaulting her soon after they married.
He also was accused and convicted of stealing £1700 when he worked at a McDonald's.

 Probably threatened and beat her to break her down, or threatened to kill Sara.  Which he did!

 The mum also had a son, he took them both.

Apparently thekids went from eagerly wanting to see their mum, to not wanting to see her at all, calling her bad names etc....he and his witch of a new wife obviously turned the children against her, which is easy to do with young impressionable minds.

 

Sara's grandmother didn't recognise her body when she  saw her after her death, she was so beaten and swollen, she was unrecognisable.
