Sweden has failed to integrate the vast numbers of immigrants it has taken in over the past two decades, leading to parallel societies and gang violence, Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson said on Thursday, as she launched a series of initiatives to combat organised crime.

Many Swedes were shocked earlier this month after violent riots left more than 100 police injured. The violence erupted after a Swedish-Danish politician burned the Quran at a rally and sought to hold more in several immigrant-dominated neighbourhoods.

Andersson blamed criminals and said both Islamism and right-wing extremism had been allowed to fester in Sweden, in unusually frank and self-critical comments.

"Segregation has been allowed to go so far that we have parallel societies in Sweden. We live in the same country but in completely different realities," Andersson told a news conference.

The number of people in Sweden born abroad has doubled in the last two decades to 2 million, or a fifth of the population. Andersson's Social Democrats have been in power for 28 of the last 40 years, including the last eight.

Sweden, which holds a general election later this year, has radically tightened its immigration policies since taking in more people per capita than any other European Union country during the migration crisis in 2015. It now has one of the bloc's most restrictive policies.

The migrants are nearly always young men of fighting age.
Hardly any women children or old people.

 Religion in some form won't ever be destroyed.  It's as much a part of being human as our fingers and toes.  However, certain religions can be weakened,  That's happening bit by bit to Christianity and something Islam will never, ever suffer from.    We don't seem to be learning from history but that comes from generations being born away from war and strife, poverty and want.   The generation that last saw real poverty is dying off.   We have more now, at this time, more cheap goods, more comfort, more luxury, more material things  than ever before.   And that leads to complacency and weakness.   This country is weak.  Weak leaders.  Weak policies.  Weak mindsets.

 Won't happen in our lifetime, or our kids.   But it will happen.   There will be civil war in the UK.  That's what happens when a country is infiltrated bit by bit.  The indigenous people panic, fight, then lose the fight.  It's happened all over the world throughout time.  I guess it's just Europe's turn this time round.  Which is perhaps karmic.   It's taken hundreds of years for the UK to build it's infrastructure, society and laws.   We are being invaded by people from countries that have none of that.  What do the majority of all those young male migrants have to offer and contribute to this country?   

It all sounds so elitist, but it's a sad fact that this is all doomed for disaster for the people of Britain in the long run.  At the moment, Resentments are running high as migrants are given better benefits and living conditions and healthcare then our own.  One day they are either going to have to work, most likely in low paid, tedious jobs that will dishearten them and keep wages low for everyone,  or be deported or go home of their own volition.

Better benefits, living conditions and healthcare?

From my own experience, I see Mosques being built and Churches being turned into carpet warehouses. People bred and born in the UK are not interested in religion anymore, you use it or lose it.

I see once C of E schools with an increasing number of Muslim kids, the rules are changed to accommodate them.

Houses in my road are extended to house several Muslim women who all seem to have a baby every year, the men come and go, they have different houses.

Like has been mentioned, the vast majority of Immigrants coming here seeking refuge....are young men.

And if anyone thinks it's scare mongering or racist to point out that newly arrived Asian immigrants get priority when it comes to schools, social housing and NHS treatment, I suggest they open their eyes.

Is it all Asian immigrants you mean, getting priority treatment, or just the Muslim ones?
