There's this odd mindset by some that just because Hamas might not have beheaded babies that somehow mitigates the savagery of what they've instigated.   There's a focus on 'facts' as though just because there might be some hyperbole or twisting of the truth this lessens the evil that Hamas has perpetrated.  

Hamas does not give a shit about anyone or anything but Hamas.   When they skydived in to slaughter those kids they knew the repercussions would be catastrophic, they knew Israel would retaliate and they knew that thousands of Palestinians will die.  They knew and know that Palestine will come off much worse in this war than Israel but they don't care.    And this is what makes them far worse than Israel.

 Yes I agree.  They say Iran is behind it, but is that just hearsay again.  I would hate to see an all out war over there, but Israel was always going to retaliate.  They will flatten Gaza.

The whole point of the Hamas attack isn't to harm a significant number of Israelis. Of course if you are one of the dead Israelis, you may think that it's a significant number.

The point was to get the Israelis to kill thousands of Palestinians, and drag others in from the sideline in response, to Israel's retaliation.

I think Israel may have just decided they are not going to live next door to a Hamas led territory, and if you truly want to help the Palestinians in that territory, you will get them out and resettle them in other Arab nations..

 It's not hearsay that Iran provides the weaponry to Hamas. Its not that hard to trace. 

 

Do the Iranians control Hamas? Doubtful.  

 

But they encourage them constantly to be martyrs for their fucked up causes that include treating women like its the fucking stone age and driving the Jews into the sea.
