A letter from the New York Police Department confirming that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were victims of a “reckless” paparazzi chase in New York City last May found “sufficient evidence” to arrest two individuals for reckless endangerment, according to a U.K. court filing.

According to the couple themselves, they suffered the ordeal of a two-hour, “near-catastrophic” car chase with paparazzi tailing them all the way.

According to other sources (including the NYPD and the driver of the taxi the couple changed into to look humbler), the truth was rather different.

The fact is we didn´t need the authorities to tell us that.

Every New Yorker knows that any kind of car chase — let alone a two-hour one — is literally impossible in this city.

You can sit in traffic for two hours, sure. But actually racing through the city?

Sorry, but no. Every New Yorker can call that out as BS.

And now we have the footage to prove it.

Video of the exchange shows that the Sussexes were accompanied by the NYPD and that they moved at no speed at all.

In fact, they were moving so slowly that their driver got out of the car at one point.

They are the most privacy-seeking publicity seekers that even this city has ever seen.

Yet they chose the wrong place to do it in.

One of the greatest things about New York and its inhabitants is that the city is so unimpressible.

A prince and a duchess might arrive in the city expecting everyone to stop and gawk, but the city just wants to go about its business.

So this was the wrong city for Meghan and Harry to set their big scene.

Because most likely, it was all staged for the next installment of their Netflix series.

Apparently over his past admitted drug use.

Will that happen? Doubtful (see Ozzie)0. But the orange one mentioned he might look into it if he gets elected again. 🤔

I don't doubt it. Damage limitation. The minute she married Harry, she dropped her dad like a ton of bricks. Who in their right mind does that? Even if he had made that faux pas with the press? I can't even imagine doing that to my parents. At the end of the day I loved them and that was that. And I've have recognised that mistakes like that are often due to the manipulation of the press and media. But not her. Not Meghan. She uses up people like dirty knickers.

To sever all contact with him because of he agreed to be photographed by the press in the run up to the wedding is ridiculous.

He had never dealt with the press before and was manipulated by them, you would think they would make allowances but no, he's been cut off completely.

I think Markle being the social climber she is was embarrassed by him and simply used that as an excuse.

I think she was embarrassed he was overweight. He paid for everything for her. Good food, private school, got her acting experience etc.
