Is this not on the BBC because it might inspire Brits to go down to the coast and turn back immigrants?

There are people showing up I guess.

I doubt it's more than hundreds.

The State of Texas is trying to control the border, because the Feds are doing a terrible job.

Cities are being overwhelmed. What are cities like Del Rio, Eagle Pass or Brownsville supposed to do with these people?

Biden told everyone on the planet they were welcome, while campaigning last time.

They weren't. And to be honest, he's deporting a lot of them (with no fanfare) because even politicians in his own party are yelling for help.

But they keep coming and coming..

Texas trying to stop them before they get across.

The Feds let them cross, try to catch them, and then they release them for immigration hearings.

Most never show up.

Texas can't deport these people, but they can send them somewhere else.

That's why there are bus loads being sent to "sanctuary cities".

Like DC, Chicago and NY. Now these mayor's are screaming because they never had to really provide sanctuary, and now that they do, they realize how expensive and difficult it is.

And the sad thing is, is many of these folks just want to work, but they, like all of us I guess, are just pawns in these political battles that never end and never produce solutions..
