Acid attack in London.

One of the oldest tricks in the book for getting parole is becoming a Christian by helping the prison Chaplain and going to Bible study in evening classes twice a week. Once released the Christianity is immediately ditched but from what I hear parole boards and prison chaplains are still falling for it like they have for over a hundred years but....
Church leaders have no record of Clapham chemical attack suspect converting to Christianity.

"The Church of England has been criticised in the past for aiding migrants from refugee backgrounds with their asylum claims if they convert."

In this case they seem to have failed miserably.

In this case they don't seem to have been involved.

 Or they are distancing themselves.

From this mornings Telegraph.

Interesting, I had no idea this was happening all the time. The church should stick to religion, they are not immigration  control.

"Church aiding asylum claims on mass scale, say Patel and Braverman

Suella Braverman and Dame Priti Patel have hit out at Britain’s churches for their alleged support for “bogus” asylum claims.

Writing for The Telegraph, Mrs Braverman said that during her time as home secretary she “became aware of churches around the country facilitating industrial-scale bogus asylum claims”.

Separately, Dame Priti, also a former home secretary, accused church leaders of “political activism” in their approach to asylum seekers, claiming that religious institutions supported cases “without merit”.

The clergy’s role in offering conversions to asylum seekers and support for their applications is likely to be considered by ministers in the wake of the chemical attack in London that injured a mother, two children and 10 others."

There is not much use for Church nowadays because the Welfare State has taken over.  So the Church is left with their mission to Christianize people and see the best in them.   Most of the people in Church have gone to University to study Theology and Human Rights and we know that Universities have now become indoctrination centres that turn their students to activist with a mission to change the world for the "better" such that graduates are now woke culture activists and missionaries.

If that's true Syl it is 100% wrong!
The churches should butt out but why on earth are government departments being influenced by them?
They know these these tricks like I said with parole.
The whole thing is a mess.

Oddly, I have just watched a House of Lords debate. A Bishop, dressed in religious regalia, was speaking about the Rwanda debate,  strongly opposing the bill to send some asylum seekers there.

The front row of the HOL was filled with other religious leaders, all dressed in their robes.

I have no idea how long immigration has been swayed heavily by the church, but it's odd that politicians are now coming out and speaking about it....they have kept quiet up till now.

....

Police have now offered £20.000 for information leading to the arrest of acid attacker.

There are two places where robed clerics sit in government...The UK and Iran.

How the hell could anyone shield this animal? They must be of the same mindset.

A man has been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender as the manhunt continues for chemical attack suspect Abdul Ezedi.

Officers have been searching for the 35-year-old since Wednesday after a 31-year-old and her daughters, aged eight and three, were attacked with a “very strong concentrated corrosive substance” in Clapham, south London.

In their latest update, the Metropolitan Police said that the woman remains in a very critical but stable condition, with significant facial injuries that will likely remain for the rest of her life.

It is possible she might lose her right eye, while detectives have said they remain unsure as to the motive behind the attack".

The 22 year old who was arrested for aiding him has been let out on bail.

There's a saying in Islam.... It's called Taqiyya. It means they can lie and say they're converting to another religion to escape persecution or any other thing. This also gives them carte blanch to say/lie about practically anything if it helps get themselves out of any situation they're not happy with.

 That's a bit extreme Poca.

.I'm sure there are millions of peaceful loving Muslims, just as I am sure there are millions who will put their religion, and how they care to translate it, before anything else.

The main problem we have, imo, is we have no idea how many of the latter are in this country....and if we do know, they are treated with velvet gloves....as the acid thrower in this case proves.

I disagree, Syl… ask yourself, would you be happy for them to run/control our country?

No of course not. Our country, our rules.

Anyone who doesn't follow them, should be punished properly,  If they are immigrants, they should be deported.

Saying shoot the whole lot of them might be helpful to those to blow off steam but doesn't help in practice and is used by those that want to protect such individuals who point their finger and shout Islamophobe, Far Right Extremist.

How convenient.

"The man suspected of carrying out the Clapham chemical attack is believed to have died after jumping or falling into the River Thames, detectives say.

Abdul Ezedi, 35, was last seen on Chelsea Bridge just before 11:30pm on 31 January, but the Metropolitan Police say that after studying CCTV and bus footage of the area, no cameras captured him leaving, so their main hypothesis is that he went into the water.

While no body has been found, detectives say his death is the “most probable outcome”.

Given that London has a high density of CCTV cameras and that he was significantly disfigured by acid splash himself, that this was the most likely reason that he seemed to vanish while in central London.   However this should be no excuse to sweep matters under the carpet.  There are significant questions that must be answered plus changes in policies to prevent these types of situations again.   Unfortunately it seems to happen over and over again - because no-one wants to be accused of racism etc.
