I'm not convinced. Good excuse because they can't find him.

How convenient.

"The man suspected of carrying out the Clapham chemical attack is believed to have died after jumping or falling into the River Thames, detectives say.

Abdul Ezedi, 35, was last seen on Chelsea Bridge just before 11:30pm on 31 January, but the Metropolitan Police say that after studying CCTV and bus footage of the area, no cameras captured him leaving, so their main hypothesis is that he went into the water.

While no body has been found, detectives say his death is the “most probable outcome”.

Convenient indeed!… another fuck up by the Met having failed to find him 10 days on… he was seen on a bridge, so of course he must’ve fucking jumped!! bored

I hope if he jumped, it was a slow horrible death!

It wouldn't be. Drowning is over quickly, especially compared to the suffering the poor woman and her children will have to live with.

I reckon IF he jumped in the river, he has had an easy time of it.....coward.

Two bodies, unconnected with Acid attacker, have been found in the Thames.
Could be suicides or murders....till they are identified, no one knows.

"Search teams found one body at 10.13am on Saturday and another at 10.39am in Limehouse the same morning, but neither of the men found are Ezedi."

I wonder how many bodies they would find if there was a regular search team.   They only found these bodies because of public concern regarding Ezedi.  Lots of people go missing in Britain.

ps I guess we will never get to know about his victims except there was some sort of connection between them and Ezedi (so say the reports).  Woman + two children with potentially life long horrendous injuries.

"A body believed to be that of the man who carried out an acid attack in London last month, in which a woman and young girl were injured, has been recovered from the River Thames in London, police have said.

Scotland Yard said the crew of a passing boat reported they had seen a body in the water at Tower Pier at around 4pm yesterday.

The body was recovered by the Met's Marine Policing Unit and detectives "strongly believe" it is Abdul Ezedi due to the distinctive clothing he was wearing.

Police earlier said they believed Ezedi went into the River Thames at Chelsea Bridge, around four hours after the attack on Wednesday 31 January.

Metropolitan Police Commander Jon Savell said: "Based on the distinctive clothing he was wearing at the time of the attack and property found on his body, we strongly believe we have recovered the body of Ezedi."

He has been in the water so long (allegedly) his face would probably be unrecognisable. They seem to be going off his clothing.

He was walking around, how was he never caught before he topped himself?

I'm glad he's dead. He would have got free nhs for his face, and allowed to stay here after prison!

Good riddance! 😠

Police have confirmed it is him.

No one will think about him again, except of  course for the poor woman who has lost her eye and is permanently scarred both mentally and physically for life, and her two little girls.

Good riddance to the cowardly bastard, rest in hell.

Our focus should be protecting the innocent, which the English system failed to do for this mother and her two children - the culprit a known illegal alien or something who should have been thrown out the country a long time ago.   There are many like him still around.

Yes I agree.  They come here, and many are evading arrest in their own countries. If they had kept him out, this wouldn't have happened!
