What is even more stupid, is these chinless wonders actually have a platform to spout their rubbish, and then actually manage to influence other peoples opinions.

Do you? I think some people are very easily influenced by all the crap they see online.

You don't have to be a monarchist to realise what a nasty prick that man is.

I hope karma bites him in the arse.

Cancer doesn't discriminate, regardless of social status.

What ever anyone thinks of Charles (and I'm not a huge fan, I'd like to see K&W sitting on that throne) he's a human being.

What that guy said is immoral and unacceptable.

He clearly states it is an opinion.  He is a content creator and you take it or leave it.   I agree that he likely influences very few to zero.

Watching it I was "turned off" from the first sentence - just the mannerism, the way he spoke, what was said - "So the King has the Big C does he".  The rest was what I expected from the first grating sentence.

With this type of video there is no influence in my opinion - just forms of confirmation bias.   Those that don't much like the monarchy might watch this for amusement.  For others they will switch off immediately or watch it with a rising level of repulsion.

I find it a bit odd that some people are complaining that Charles gets preferential treatment for treating his cancer.

He is the bloody King fgs, and whilst I am no royalist, of course he will get the best treatment.

Maybe those people who object should complain about zero treatment the old get in this country when it comes to certain treatments.
And when I say 'old'....I mean people far younger than King Charles.

Anyone with money will get the right treatment fast as they can afford to pay for it.    I don't begrudge anyone that.

I see the Gruesome Twosome in Montecito are at it again.bored

Neither do I, no one should.

OH has gone private a few times and had excellent service, I never have, why have a hip or knee replacement privately, when I have paid  all my life towards the NHS.

The same consultants and surgeon will attend to both often, the only difference is the waiting time.

Yes.  Better than walking like you’ve messed yourself for years.

This week, pics of King Charles were published, showing him opening a few of the thousands of 'Good Wishes' cards he has received from the general public.
Good for him, it can't be easy playing all this out in the publc eye, most people would prefer privacy whilst they are battling cancer.

I'm not a monarchist, but even I can see it would be pretty tragic if, after waiting till he was well past pensionable age, the job he has waited for all his life could be cut tragically short.
