My 18 yr old grandson was on a train coming home from work, when a muslim jumped up waving a big knife around shouting.
He was overcome by two big men, who got him out the train and subdued him til security got there. Don't bear thinking about if he started attacking people.
Bet nothing's done, and he walks free! Won't hear this on the news.

It will be sold to us as a mental health problem not a political social cultural problem and the lefty woke will agree with the mental health aspect without considering anything else.

That must have been a really scary thing to happen, to him and to everyone else on the train. Thank God there were people brave enough to confront and disarm him.
I agree with what Jack has said...he will likely be treated as a patient not a raving lunatic.
Despite the other comments, if somebody is waving a knife around then they will be arrested. If they seem nuts, as this person does, they will be sectioned.
i travel on London transport 3 days a week, you see a lot but this sort of thing is thankfully very rare.
What part of the country was this? North East, North West, Midlands, South East, South West, London ...
Congratulations to the two big men who restrained him and got him off the train. Without them this could have been something else. Would like to know what was in his mind and planning to do. Sounds like he wanted to make some sort of statement - hence shouting and waving a knife around - rather than going straight to do some harm.
Could this Muslim have been returning from attending one of those pro-Palestinian marches (generally every Saturday in most major cities). Unlikely I suppose as he would have been with others otherwise.
The Mayor of London has just spent over 6 million pounds changing all the signage and labels on six overground lines in London (to Lioness line, Suffragette line, Liberty line, Windrush line, Mildmay line, Weaver line) and it was unveiled / instituted on the same day. Money that would have been better spent on improving security for passengers.
